Terms of Service
Effective date: October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between Remedy Circuit LLC (“Remedy Circuit,” “we,” “us”) and the business or individual that creates an account or uses our service (“Customer” or “you”). If you have questions, email us at founder@remedycircuit.com.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Remedy Circuit website at remedycircuit.com or the Remedy Circuit service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and SMS / Text Messaging Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Remedy Circuit is a hosted customer relationship management (CRM) service for small businesses. Each Customer receives a private workspace that may include contacts, a sales pipeline, calendar and booking pages, tasks, forms, quotes and invoices, reports, email and SMS messaging, and AI agents for web chat, text messaging, and phone calls. Available features depend on your plan and may change over time. Some features rely on third-party services (such as payment, messaging, telephony, and AI providers) and are subject to their availability.
3. Accounts
- Accounts are created by Remedy Circuit or by invitation. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for your users, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for all activity in your workspace. Notify us promptly at founder@remedycircuit.com of any unauthorized use.
- You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes.
4. Your data
You own the data you and your contacts put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to give us Customer Data, including any notices to and consents from your own contacts.
5. Acceptable use and messaging compliance
You agree that you will not, and will not allow others to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not consented to receive them;
- send messages or place calls in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, carrier and CTIA guidelines, do-not-call rules, or any other applicable law;
- send content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit, or that promotes prohibited products or services under carrier policies;
- impersonate any person or business, or use the Service for phishing or fraud;
- attempt to access another Customer’s workspace, probe or bypass security controls, or interfere with the Service; or
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as agreed with us in writing.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and documenting valid consent from your own contacts before sending them text messages, emails, or calls (including AI-placed calls) through the Service; for honoring opt-out requests; for respecting calling-hour and frequency limits; and for identifying your business in your messages. Marketing messages require express consent. The Service processes STOP and similar opt-out replies automatically, but that does not relieve you of your own compliance obligations. We may suspend messaging, calling, or your account if we believe your use violates these Terms, harms message deliverability, or creates legal risk.
6. AI features
- The Service includes AI features that can draft and send replies, answer calls, summarize conversations, and suggest actions. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
- You are responsible for configuring your AI agents, reviewing their output, and how you use it. Do not rely on AI output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and do not configure an AI agent to make commitments on your behalf you are not prepared to honor.
- AI agents must identify themselves as AI when communicating with your contacts and must not be configured to claim to be a human. You are responsible for any disclosures required by law where you operate, including disclosures about automated or recorded calls.
- You can turn AI features off, or set them to suggest replies for human approval, at any time.
7. Fees, subscriptions, and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
- Prices are as shown at sign-up or in your order. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice, effective at your next renewal.
- You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service after a grace period until the balance is paid. Your data is retained during suspension as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Usage-based costs (such as messaging, calling, or AI usage) may be charged or limited as described in your plan.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. On request before or within 30 days after termination, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an export of your contact data; after that, we may delete Customer Data.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services (for example, payment, email, SMS and voice, calendar, social media, and AI providers). Your use of any third-party service you connect is governed by that provider’s terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT MESSAGES OR CALLS WILL BE DELIVERED, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMEDY CIRCUIT LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Remedy Circuit LLC against any third-party claims, fines, or penalties arising from your Customer Data, your messages and calls (including claims under the TCPA or CAN-SPAM), or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
